Responsibilities
- Provide specialist engineering development, maintenance & troubleshooting support within Encirc Beverages\' bottling plant, with a focus on improving PLC hardware & software equipment reliability, optimising performance, and delivering long-term technical solutions.
- Deliver hands-on training to engineers, ensuring consistent standards, knowledge transfer, and the adoption of best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production functions to build capability, reduce downtime, and ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with Encirc Group policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- HNC in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working on Krones high-speed filling lines
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work unsociable hours when required
- Experience within the Food and Drink sector
- Experience supervising and leading engineering teams driving continuous improvement
- Experience with SAP including creating orders and searching for parts
- S7 PLC programming
- In-depth fault finding
