This is a 3 Year Development Programme consisting of the following:
- 12 months knowledge building with the support of our inhouse Academy Team.
- Followed by rotations in three of the following areas:
- Shift Manager
- Batch and Furnace
- Quality
Skills development in lean, project management and analytics. Leadership development.
During these rotations you will:
- Collaborate with assigned Manager in setting and achieving realistic and challenging goals.
- Plan and perform assigned tasks aligned to the business's priorities.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and apply operational and technical fundamentals in the business environment using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Develop cooperation and teamwork while leading diverse groups in the development and implementation of team goals.
- Generate innovative ideas and apply change best practices to ensure the impact of key initiatives.
Business Knowledge:
- 2.1 or above in one of the following degrees:
- Business
- Ops Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
