The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

As our Electrician you'll be responsible for electrical maintenance, installation, repair and fault finding across production, facilities and plant equipment, with a focus on cabling, lighting and other building services. The role aims to minimise downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations with opportunities to expand skills into advanced industrial systems.

The Key Requirements

  • Minimum of apprentice level qualification in electrical discipline
  • Qualified to 18th edition wiring regulations
  • Experience of fixed wire and PAT testing routines and regulations
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documents
  • Experience with lighting, power distribution and general cabling
  • Experience of working at height, using harnesses and access equipment
  • Awareness of high voltage installations (11kv) and appropriate precautions related to it
  • Knowledge of PLCs, servo motors or HV systems desirable (training can be provided)
  • Experience in a fast paced manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred
  • Understanding of electrical systems in buildings and production equipment

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-3.15pm 39.5 hrs
