Beverages Technical NPD Technologist | Elton | 12 months- Fixed Term Contract | Salary £40,000- £45,000

Monday – Thursday 08:00-17:00; Friday 08:00 – 14:30 (38.75 hours)

The Beverages Technical NPD Technologist is a vital link between the Beverage manufacturing site and brand owners.

The NPD technologist manages both significant detail change for brands, and larger proof of concept material changes in plant process.

The role oversees Technical NPD across Beverages, managing the full process from brand‑owner brief through to production handover while ensuring projects meet agreed timelines and success criteria.

It integrates packaging development, liquid development and plant development, maintains frameworks that guarantee consistent implementation standards, and acts as the primary technical contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The role also captures plant performance for non‑standard projects and drives continuous improvement based on measured outcomes.
