As Automated Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll be customer service focused with the ability to work under pressure. You will also be a self-starter with strong influencing skills. You will have working knowledge of supply chain systems & processes within a manufacturing environment (e.g. Order Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Transport Management Systems, Inventory Management Systems and ERP systems especially SAP).

As our next Automated Warehouse Operations Manager you'll be responsible for driving standards to achieve BRC or equivalent accreditations whilst overseeing its optimum operation, excellent service levels and effective inventory controls. You will be required to build robust internal supplier/customer relationships, collaborating to agree priorities, identifying and implementing improvements and overseeing the optimum automated warehouse operation.
The Key Requirements
- Degree level, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, operations or business administration
- Experience in automated warehouse stock management processes
- Experience of prioritising and balancing inbound and outbound stock movements and controlling warehouse capacity
- Experience managing in a customs and excise controlled environment
