In this role you will be the lead member of a team operating a high volume Blending and Bulk wine facility, with full ownership and accountability for product quality and plant performance.
To achieve continuous improvement in performance through challenge and innovation and drive active participation of the team in the lean culture, operational philosophy and good manufacturing practices.
To lead the communication of priorities, daily labour deployment, short interval control, product and liquid quality.
- 12 hour shifts, 38.25 hrs
- The Key Requirements
- Intermediate WSET qualification or equivalent or willingness to obtain if required
- GCSe English or maths equivalent
- NVQ Level 2 (UK) in Manufacturing Operations
- Works as effective team member, leading, guiding and inspiring others
- Communicates well at all levels: share ideas and contributes
- Take the initiative to problem solve, challenge and improve to deliver the agreed targets
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and is self motivated
