Base pay range: £53,996 rising to £55,587 after 6 month probation period. 12 hour shifts on a rotating days/night pattern, average 38.25 hours per week.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance & troubleshooting support, high speed production lines, as well as process and utilities within Encirc Beverages' bottling plant, with a focus on improving production, efficiencies, optimising performance, and delivering planned maintenance and continuous improvement. Working as part of a team, you will identify and rectify root causes of plant failure, encompassing all aspects of maintenance activities and machine improvements whilst ensuring that critical plant settings are maintained and serviced, to continually improve plant efficiency and business processes. The role is to work collaboratively with both engineering and production functions. Help to build capability, reduce downtime, and ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with Encirc Group policies and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of Engineering maintenance in a similar role
  • Experience in FMCG
  • Ability to demonstrate good fault-finding skills on electrical, mechanical and process equipment
  • Working knowledge of PLC / HMI / SCADA is desired
  • Ability to understand technical & schematic drawings & manuals
  • Time served apprenticeship an advantage
  • HNC qualification
