Technical Operator | Internal Only | Elton | Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026 | Current basic salary +5% Shift Allowance
12-hour shifts, days only, 3 days one week, 4 days the next alternating weekly:
- 3 days- Mon- Wed
- 4 days- Mon- Thur
All Shifts- 06:45- 19:00
As Technical Operator, you'll be a self-starter, eager and a great team player, you thrive on supporting colleagues across the business to spearhead product quality and customer expectations. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the specified work area in the Filling Hall, ensuring process and packaging operations are delivered to company standards for safety, product quality and customer expectations.
The Key Requirements
- Experience with modern manufacturing methodologies such as AM, TPM, or 6S.
- Strong technical aptitude - able to diagnose and troubleshoot process/machine problems effectively.
- Working knowledge of BRC, ISO, or HACCP standards (advantageous).
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
