The SHIFT ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR will be responsible for the efficient running and continuous improvement of the Shift Engineering team, repairs, maintenance and fault finding of plant equipment to minimise production down time.

The Key Requirements
- Time served in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with a strong engineering background
- Experience working within an industrial environment
- Good leadership, planning and co-ordination skills
- Supervisory experience
- Capable of working with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills
- An experienced, efficient and organised team leader with the ability to prioritise and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
