The Production Supervisor will provide leadership & direct supervision of production team(s). Translation of the production plan for their specific area to drive optimum line performance against central KPIs. Responsible for the coordination of operator preventative maintenance, and first fix for line breakdowns. Working with other department supervisors to ensure optimum performance across shift. Management of team performance and behaviours in line with company standard operating procedures and expectations.

The Key Requirements

  • People management and coaching skills – ability to explain expectations, provide follow ups and make day-to-day decisions
  • Technical attitude and awareness – ability to logically diagnose process/machine problem areas
  • Competent computer skills, MS Office - Word, Excel, Project
  • Bottling line experience is essential for the role
  • Knowledge of improvement tools
