The predicted salary is between 28000 - 30000 Β£ per year.
The Finance Analyst is responsible for all product costings in our ERP system, supporting the wider finance team by monitoring and reporting on our monthly P&L cost of goods (COGs), ensuring product costings are accurate and COGs are correctly allocated by customer & production work order. The Finance Analyst also looks after customer product quotations & pricing files, with a focus on pricing accuracy through liaison with our procurement and product development departments and ensuring customer quotes are returned to account managers in a timely manner.
This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines. Much of this role involves communicating detailed financial data to different groups of stakeholders, and as such, communication and presentation skills are important to be able to deliver clear and accessible information. The role also includes supporting other members of the beverages finance team with creating sundry invoices and collecting information regarding client recharges, which requires efficient teamwork and coordination.
Key Requirements
- Degree in business or finance/accounting (or equivalent e.g. AAT qualification)
- Work experience in FMCG environment
- Excellent organisational skills, able to work well under pressure with effective prioritisation
- Ability to present information to a professional standard with attention to detail and ownership
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an attitude of continuous improvement
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel
- Numerical and analytical skills
