Facilities Coordinator | Permanent | Bristol | £40,000-£42,000

The Facilities Coordinator will engage and collaborate with internal resource and external contractors as required for minor works and CAPEX projects across technical, site services and FM disciplines within scope of the role. Responsible for the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and replacement of site non production equipment, building fabric, site infrastructure and external works. Ensuring management of all customer journey impacting services including inhouse and outsourced services e.g., reception, catering, cleaning and security ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
