Encirc Ltd is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in Elton, Cheshire, to lead maintenance activities and drive continuous improvement in our glass plant. With a mechanical and/or electrical engineering background, you'll manage both preventive and reactive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

Your role will include supervising a team of engineers and collaborating closely with production teams.

This position offers a salary of £65,000 - £67,800 and benefits such as an annual leave package, health benefits, and a pension scheme.
