Are you passionate about developing a career in a challenging manufacturing environment? Then join us at Encirc as an Operations Leadership Graduate. This is a 3 Year Development Programme consisting of the following:
- 12 months knowledge building with the support of our inhouse Academy Team.
- Followed by rotations in three of the following areas:
- Shift Manager
- Batch and Furnace
- Quality
- Skills development in lean, project management and analytics.
- Leadership development.
During these rotations you will:
- Collaborate with assigned Manager in setting and achieving realistic and challenging goals.
- Plan and perform assigned tasks aligned to the business’s priorities.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and apply operational and technical fundamentals in the business environment using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Develop cooperation and teamwork while leading diverse groups in the development and implementation of team goals.
- Generate innovative ideas and apply change best practices to ensure impact of key initiatives.
