Shift Engineer | Elton | Internal Only | FTC/Secondment - until 1st June 2027 |Salary £57,000 - £60,000 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts days & nights As Shift Engineer you'll be responsible for maintaining fault finding, condition monitoring and continuous improvement of all plant and equipment associated with the filling hall.

  • Background in fault finding, planned & reactive maintenance essential
  • Basic Knowledge of PLC's including Siemens
  • Good practical skills & a common-sense approach
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure if, for example, an entire production line is shut down, & a willingness to work unsociable hours when required
  • Self-confidence & ability to work independently or as a member of a team
