As Graphic Designer and Brand Executive, you'll be responsible for developing, enhancing and protecting Encirc's brand reputation internally and externally. The role includes in-house design work across general communications, marketing and anywhere the Encirc brand could feature. You will also act as a brand guardian for the business, ensuring the Encirc brand is used consistently across all internal and external facing formats.
Main Responsibilities
- Logo and brand development
- Creating posters/graphics/videos/presentations/imagery in line with communications and marketing plans.
- Manage all design elements of communications campaigns
- Support the social media and PR teams with design support on social posts and PR stories
- Work with Encirc's Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team in the development of the Encirc brand
- Create and present design concepts and proposals that fit the business needs
- Manage a design schedule and design booking process
- Be the key liaison in the management of our relationship with external design agencies
- Act as the first point of approval/contact for any instances where the Encirc brand will change or evolve
- Proactively drive brand consistency across all Encirc businesses, challenging and correcting inconsistencies internally and externally
- Work with Head of Corporate Affairs to develop Encirc's brand strategy
The Key Requirements
- A BS honours degree (or equivalent) in graphic design/design
- Evidence of high-level graphic design work across different formats
- Ability to produce 3D renders (stills and animations)
