As Manufacturing Engineer - Process & Utilities, you will be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining the utilities and process plant with full ownership and accountability for product quality, whilst encompassing all aspects of plant improvements.
Working as part of a team you will identify and rectify root causes of the plant failure, encompassing all aspects of maintenance activities and machine improvements whilst ensuring that the critical plant settings are maintained and serviced, to continually improve plant efficiency and business processes. A key part of the role is ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, in full, and right-first-time, in line with Encirc Group standards.
The Key Requirements
- Experience of Engineering maintenance in a similar role
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, multi-skilled with a solid understanding of electrical systems
- Experience of operating and maintaining Process & Utilities plant and equipment desired
- Ability to demonstrate good fault finding skills on Electrical, Mechanical and Process equipment is essential
- Working knowledge of PLC / HMI / SCADA desired
- Ability to understand Technical & Schematic drawings & Manuals essential
- Experience of Building Maintenance and Engineering workshop skills
