As a Beverages Technical NPD Manager, you will lead the Technical NPD team in the delivery of the Technical NPD agenda through effective leadership and organisation of the team. Ensuring there is efficient cross-function alignment with all stakeholders in any given change project. This role is dual site across Bristol and Elton. Individually handling NPD projects, including but not limited to implementing new development systems, leading production line trials, supporting new product qualification, supporting development of new packaging and materials and managing significant change.

Key Requirements

  • Experience leading a team and co-ordinating activity to ensure SLAs are met
  • Technical NPD process and interactions with all stakeholders
  • Science based background / qualification
  • Communication skills with brand owners/customers, internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Confident and able to control messaging on project progress and next actions
  • High focus and attention to detail
  • Competent IT use in standard software packages
  • Ability to deliver to customer and production deadlines
  • Work independently with high volume of concurrent projects from multiple brand owners
