About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on QA Supervisor to join our team in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. You'll be actively involved on the factory floor – driving improvements, investigating incidents and non‑conformances, and making key decisions on product holds and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion food safety, compliance, and product integrity
- Conduct factory walks, drive improvement, and challenge practices
- Lead incident investigations and manage non‑conformances
- Manage the process of holding/releasing/rejecting products based on risk assessments
- Support and lead in customer complaints and micro investigations
- Oversee the internal foreign body management system
Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in fast‑paced food manufacturing
- Previous technical/QA roles such as QA Manager, QA Supervisor, Senior QA Technician, or Senior Technologist
- Proven ability to supervise, influence, and engage factory floor team
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3
- Internal auditing experience
- Familiarity with BRC requirements, and ready‑meal manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
