Enchant is seeking a Client Solutions Lead to be the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Shopify and Shopify Plus brands, working remotely within the UK. You will coordinate with leaders, manage project plans in ClickUp, and ensure clear communications, timelines and high-quality delivery across client accounts.
You will build strong client relationships, translate business objectives into actionable tasks, and keep teams aligned to deliver measurable improvements across the customer.
