About Enchant

Enchant is a specialist Shopify growth agency helping ambitious e Commerce brands improve performance through conversion rate optimisation, CRM, performance marketing, UX design and development.

We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, combining data, creativity, experimentation and technical expertise to deliver measurable improvements across the customer journey.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support our marketing team across email, paid creative and e Commerce.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands brands, writes great copy and enjoys turning ideas and strategies into high‑quality marketing activity.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to work alongside our Head of Marketing across a portfolio of ambitious e Commerce brands.

You’ll help turn marketing strategies into execution across email, paid creative and Shopify websites.

One day you might be writing and building a Klaviyo campaign, the next creating static Meta ad concepts, reviewing a brand’s video creative strategy or helping improve merchandising and UX on its Shopify store.

You’ll need a strong understanding of branding — both visually and through tone of voice — and the ability to adapt your work to different brands rather than applying the same approach everywhere.

This role would suit someone with agency or e Commerce experience who wants exposure to multiple brands and the opportunity to develop across CRM, creative and e Commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Email & CRM
  • Support the creation and management of email marketing campaigns across Klaviyo.
  • Write engaging, on‑brand email copy across campaigns and automated flows.
  • Build and implement campaigns within Klaviyo.
  • Support the creation and optimisation of automated customer journeys and flows.
  • Help manage client marketing calendars, ensuring campaigns are planned, prepared and delivered on time.
  • Adapt messaging and creative direction to different brand identities and customer audiences.
  • Review campaign performance and use results to help improve future activity.
  • Paid Creative
  • Develop concepts and create static advertising assets for paid social campaigns.
  • Work within established brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to test new creative approaches.
  • Support brands with ideas, briefs and recommendations for video advertising.
  • Review existing paid creative and identify opportunities to improve messaging, hooks and creative execution.
  • Work with the wider team to turn performance insights into new creative tests.
  • Shopify & e Commerce
  • Support brand and marketing‑related projects across Shopify stores.
  • Assist with product merchandising, collections, promotions and campaign launches.
  • Review website UX and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Help ensure campaign messaging is consistent across email, advertising and the website.
  • Work alongside our CRO, design and development teams to help turn marketing ideas into improvements on‑site.
  • Brand & Creative
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s visual identity, positioning and tone of voice.
  • Ensure marketing activity remains consistent with each client’s brand.
  • Write clear, persuasive and commercially focused copy across different customer touchpoints.
  • Use Figma and other creative tools to produce and adapt marketing assets.
  • Contribute ideas during client and internal marketing planning sessions.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working in e Commerce, ideally within an agency or directly for an e Commerce brand.
  • Strong understanding of branding, including visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to adapt your writing between different brands.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or another major email marketing platform.
  • Basic design skills, ideally using Figma.
  • An understanding of paid social creative and what makes effective advertising content.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality across multiple brands.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple pieces of work simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded and interested in understanding how marketing activity contributes to conversion and revenue.
  • Comfortable using AI and productivity tools to work more effectively.
  • This Role Would Suit Someone Who
  • Has worked in an e Commerce brand or digital agency and wants broader exposure across multiple ambitious brands.
  • Is a strong all‑round marketer but particularly enjoys the execution side of marketing.
  • Understands that great performance marketing still needs great branding, creative and copy.
  • Enjoys writing, designing, building and launching rather than only producing strategies.
  • Has experience with Shopify and Klaviyo and wants to develop deeper e Commerce expertise.
  • Can take a brief or marketing idea and confidently turn it into something ready to launch.
  • Wants to work closely with an experienced marketing lead while taking increasing ownership of client marketing activity.
  • Enjoys working in a fast‑moving environment where email, paid creative and website activity are closely connected.
  • Remuneration
  • Competitive salary depending on experience.
  • Fully remote working.
  • Flexible working hours around core UK business hours.
  • Performance bonus based on team targets.
  • Individual bonus linked to agreed KPIs.
  • Opportunity to develop across CRM, creative, paid and e Commerce.
  • Work with ambitious Shopify and Shopify Plus brands.
  • Opportunity to take increasing ownership as the marketing function grows.
  • Latest AI, marketing and productivity tools to help you work efficiently.
