We’re Enchant – a CRO-first growth agency for high-growth DTC brands with a taste for the extraordinary.
Our mission? Help eCommerce brands unlock their next level of performance using data, strategy, and a little bit of wizardry.
We’ve helped take beauty brands from kitchen-table startups to £multi-million exits, doubled CVR for sustainable skincare darlings, and made high-end fragrance brands more addictive than their scents.
Now, we’re summoning a new eCommerce Growth Strategist / Account Manager to join our spell circle. Someone who can blend sharp client management with CRO and growth thinking – keeping accounts running smoothly while spotting the opportunities that drive big results.
Your Spellbook Includes:
- Being the day-to-day point of contact for our DTC clients (you’ll run calls, keep things moving, and be the voice of calm in the chaos).
- Supporting and delivering CRO audits and roadmaps that balance quick wins with strategic moves.
- Translating numbers into insight – and insight into action (Shopify + GA4 + Hotjar will be your familiar).
- Crafting and presenting recommendations with flair and clarity (no corporate sleep-inducing decks).
- Working with our devs, designers, and project managers to bring your ideas to life.
- Liasing with other agencies and freelance members to deliver on our strategy.
- Keeping a close eye on site trading & merchandising (because those homepage heroes won’t pick themselves).
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years in eCommerce, digital, or agency account management (juggling multiple brands/clients is second nature to you).
- Experience in Shopify and CRO (enough to talk the talk, spot the gaps, and brief in changes).
- Commercial awareness: you know what moves the needle and what’s just noise.
- Great communicator — you can hold your own with founders, creatives, and developers.
- Analytical confidence: you can dive into GA4, session recordings, and data to find opportunities.
- Familiar with tools like Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Notion, Airtable, Figma – or willing to learn fast.
Perks & Vibes:
- 100% remote (we care more about results than green dots on Slack).
- 30 days holiday + whatever rituals you need to stay sane.
- Learning budget, team days, and the occasional enchanted gift in the post.
- Clients you’ll actually be proud to name-drop at dinner.
- A small, mighty team where your work has impact (no disappearing into a corporate vortex).
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DOE Location: Remote (UK hours)
Type: Full-time (part-time considered for the right sorcerer)
