We are a London based team that currently works a hybrid set up home/office/on-location.
The TC needs to be extremely organised, conscientious and hard- working.
The TC plays a vital role in the team by ensuring administrative and day to day activities are completed to the highest standard.
The TC is responsible for supporting the Directors and Agents of Encanta on their client roster, they will be an integral part of the team allowing the business to exceed clients strategic plans and grow theircareers.
Responsibility
- Running the social media accounts with the team, keeping the new website up to date with the client’s latest projects and PR, tweaking client biogs and decks on clients.
- Keeping the google drive tidy and filing the completed contracts, pictures, PR clippings and so that all clear and find-able amongst each clients’ files and sub files.
- Keeping eyes on the social media landscape and spotting brands that are doing paid partnerships so that you can source branded work for clients.
- Eyes on Broadcast mag and LinkedIn looking for latest TV commissions and which brands have gone to which agencies so we can seek new business for Encanta and therefore, for clients.
- Handling admin tasks for the Directors on a day-to-day level ensuring that they are responded to quickly and in a way that best suits the Director and agency.
- As you develop - assisting agents on brand partnerships. For clarity, that includes ensuring that the brief is suitable/doable for the talent and learning to price up a project before being sent through to them, working up a proposition with the agent to get to firm offer, assisting on any post-campaign analysis and relaying that back to the brand.
- Main point of contact for administrative tasks associated with the management of our talent and keeping Encanta files up to date with contracts and other paperwork.
- Manage all logistics for events such as premieres and brand parties (when they return!) and talent commitments including call sheets, travel, accommodation, security, timings.
Skills & Knowledge
- Articulate and clear communication whether in person, by phone or by email.
- Stay on top of industry developments and share insights with the wider team that may affect the business or talent.
- Able to handle a lot of projects simultaneously, prioritising by what is most important to the future success of the business and talent.
- Learning application tools such as Canva, Tagmin, Zoom, Google Drive and Teams.
Day to Day
- Supporting and working alongside the Directors in the Management of the clients.
- Manage Client & Director diaries & Logistics when assigned to you for certain tasks.
- Constant re-prioritisation of workload and appointments in order to meet key requirements.
- Attending meetings, shoots, events at times with agents both on behalf of the Directors and part of talent pipeline or talent brand partnerships.
- Ensuring Encanta’s needs are met and planning own workload around these requirements (such as social posts not to be missed and logistics always to be followed through).
- Assisting the Agents to strategically manage clients career’s, ensuring opportunities are found or created – all ideas welcomed.
- Compile presentation materials of client’s such as deck’s and pitch sheets to assist in pitches to TV commissioners and Brand Account Directors.
- Create and maintain relationships with execs from all areas of the media, including commercial and PR agencies, Brand agencies and Brands, and all new media platforms such as IG, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Twitch etc.
- Identify and secure creative commercial and cross-over opportunities for Encanta clients in line with their aspirations.
