Our Client is looking for a 360 Excavator driver, based within the Ruabon, Johnstown area. Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING THE GRAB
360 is Tracked. As a Multi Skilled Operator you would work within a production/manufacturing environment. Your job as a 360 driver will be to feed a hopper. Good control is required.
Feeding machinery: Loading raw materials into a hopper, (machinery with a large, funnel-shaped container for holding bulk materials). If you care about environmental issues and have good customer service skills, this job could be ideal for you.
Must have indate full 360 licence
In this job you will need a polite manner. It is also ideal to be physically fit as you can be required to lift and carry heavy loads from time to time, operate machinery after training and potentially work in the warehouse. You should have the ability to think on your feet and have initiative to work on your own.
Work activities
When not required on the 360 Excavator, you would be expected to help the team out with general machine minding or general housekeeping. Your job may include:
- Operating machinery and setting.
- Sorting, selecting products and removing non-recyclable items.
- Inspecting materials for any contamination.
- Disassemble / break down larger products.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- General Housekeeping / familiar with 5S (SORT, SET IN ORDER, SHINE, STANDARDIZE AND SUSTAIN).
- Potential general warehouse or packaging duties.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 7am-5pm. Temp to perm for the right candidate.
ADDITIONAL LICENCES ARE ADVANTAGEOUS.
I.E TELEHANDLER | FLT COUNTERBALANCE | LOADING SHOVEL.
