The Package

The Role

As an Installation and Commissioning Engineer covering the North Wales Region, you will be at the front line of our technical delivery. Working alongside Project Managers and fellow engineers, you will install and commission CCTV and access systems to the highest standard, while playing an active role in mentoring the next generation of our clients' engineers.

Day to day you will:

  • Carry out high quality installations of CCTV and access control, both conventional and IP based, in line with project specifications
  • Work closely with customers, Project Managers, and the wider team to ensure exceptional outcomes on every project
  • Provide on-site mentoring and technical leadership for Trainee Engineers
  • Handle technical queries professionally and communicate site deviations or challenges clearly and promptly
  • Complete all relevant job documentation accurately and on time following installation
  • Support the implementation of the organisation's information security policies and field practices
  • Act as a key ambassador for the organisation, representing our values and standards at every client interaction
