The Role We are Recruiting for an experienced Shift Engineer with a strong Electrical bias to join our clients Engineering team, based in the Bodelwyydan area. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on fault finding, preventative maintenance, and driving equipment reliability within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Rate of pay: * From 21 per hour plus shift allowance - 2.00 per hour * 40 hours per week, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off shift pattern (12 hour shifts on rotation) * Shift times - 05:45 - 18:00 / 17:45 - 06:00 Job Description To establish and maintain safe, compliant and effective engineering operations that continually develop the site s asset base by following the Engineering strategy for proactive work whilst responding to breakdowns.
