We are looking for a Health and Safety/Environmental Manager in Flint.

As a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager, your role is to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, comply with environmental regulations, and promote sustainable practices.

You will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, managing incident investigations, and training employees on safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures: Create and maintain policies and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  2. Conduct risk assessments: Identify hazards and assess risks associated with work activities.
  3. Manage incident investigations: Investigate accidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  4. Advise on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness: Provide guidance on energy conservation measures and cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Ensure regulatory compliance: Stay updated on relevant legislation and standards, and ensure adherence.
  6. Manage internal and external audits: Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits to ensure compliance.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Salary: GBP 50,000 – GBP 55,000 per year.
