We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dispatch Team Lead to work in our clients extensive manufacturing and warehouse facility in Deeside on DAYS.
Responsibilities Dispatch Team Lead :
- Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations
- Ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods
- Heavy lifting including moving stock around the warehouse area and to different departments.
- Conduct regular quality checks
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Qualifications for the Dispatch Team Lead role:
- Experience of working within a busy Warehouse/ Dispatch environment-ESSENTIAL
- Experience of managing small team -ESSENTIAL
- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping.
- FLT licence – -ADVANTAGEOUS
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Experience with inventory scanning tools and dispatch software.
- Familiarity with dispatch processes, routing, and delivery schedules.
Our client is offering:
- GBP15.50 to GBP16.50 per hour
- Day Shift
- 10am 6pm Monday to Thursday and
- 10 am -3pm on Friday
- Temporary to Permanent position
- Free Car Park
