ENB are seeking a compassionate and proactive Scheme Manager to support residents across several sheltered housing schemes within the Richmond Borough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with the elderly community who is passionate about helping people maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life within a safe and supportive community environment.
As Scheme Manager, you will be the first point of contact for residents, providing day to day support, welfare monitoring and practical assistance. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, secure and vibrant community while working closely with healthcare professionals, social services, families and other support agencies. No two days are the same, and the role offers a rewarding balance of resident support, community engagement, administration and health safety responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome, induct and support new residents moving into the schemes.
- Conduct daily check ins with residents within your allocated schemes.
- Respond to emergency calls and coordinate appropriate assistance when required.
