ENB are working with a legal services company who offer affordable and accessible services and solutions for everyone. They’re expanding their Estate Planning division and are looking for a skilled and experienced Estate Planning Team Lead to join their team in Leicester. This is a full-time position. While full training on the companies systems and processes will be provided, they are specifically looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in wills, trusts, and estate planning.
As the Estate Planning Team Lead, you will be responsible for advising clients, managing a small team of estate planning advisors, and ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and client care. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver our estate planning services and supporting the growth of the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice to clients on wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of estate planning advisors
- Handling complex and escalated cases with care and professionalism
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining the quality of legal documents
- Collaborating with leadership to develop and improve processes
Skills and experience must haves:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in estate planning
- Previous experience advising clients in a legal or financial context
