ENB are working with a legal services company who offer affordable and accessible services and solutions for everyone. They’re expanding their Estate Planning division and are looking for a skilled and experienced Estate Planning Team Lead to join their team in Leicester. This is a full-time position. While full training on the companies systems and processes will be provided, they are specifically looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in wills, trusts, and estate planning.

As the Estate Planning Team Lead, you will be responsible for advising clients, managing a small team of estate planning advisors, and ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and client care. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver our estate planning services and supporting the growth of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice to clients on wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of estate planning advisors
  • Handling complex and escalated cases with care and professionalism
  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining the quality of legal documents
