Key Partnerships is the intermediary arm of Key Group - a leading provider of Later Life Lending solutions. We support Mortgage Advisers, IFAs and other financial professionals in helping their clients enjoy a better retirement. We’re looking for a Telephone Account Manager (TAM) to deliver exceptional service to our introducers, drive activity across core KP metrics, and help grow our partner network. Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed targets across enquiries, booked appointments and attended appointments
- Deliver excellent inbound and outbound service to introducers and customers
- Handle new introducer calls and promote the full Key Partnerships proposition
- Respond to inbound enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Complete onboarding calls and ensure all FCA checks and CRM records are accurate
- Support business development activity, including outbound calls to new joiners and follow-ups on marketing campaigns
- Create strong sales opportunities for Partnership Account Managers and Self-Employed Advisers

- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with a wide range of introducers
- Proactive, target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Positive, resilient, relationship-builder
- Experience in account management, telesales or customer service is helpful but not essential - attitude and energy matter most
