We are looking for a HRBP to join us, to contribute to the achievement of business objectives and the overall people strategy. We are a busy and fast-paced department with no two days being the same. You will be a central figure in a talented team based in Fulwood, Preston and will work with both office-based and remote/hybrid working. You will lead on Employee Relations issues and partner with managers on all ER matters.
Main Role And Responsibilities
- Operate as a Business Partner for key stakeholders across the Group
- Lead on the development of HR policies, ensuring they align with company values and culture
- Manage HR projects
- Implement new people strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to drive and maximise employee engagement and experience
- Implement effective performance and talent management initiatives
- Promote the brand as an employer of choice, both internally and externally
- Lead on the digitisation of HR processes to promote a more efficient and enhanced user experience
Key Skills And Experience We Look For
- CIPD qualified - level 5 minimum
- Proven track record in the design and maintenance of people initiatives that have improved business growth and performance
- Able to demonstrate strategic level HR Business Partner experience and a thorough understanding of business goals and objectives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build quick and excellent relationships
- Ability to influence individuals and drive change
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and workload, an eagerness to contribute on multiple levels and make timely decisions
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of financial services
- Working within a regulated industry
- Knowledge of Workday system would be a nice bonus
