Key Group is a forward-thinking brand in financial services, focused on helping people unlock a better retirement since 1998. We support customers and advisers across the later life lending market through our range of specialist brands. You will join our B2B Marketing function within the B2B Learning & Content team, working closely with our Brand, Acquisition and Nurture teams to ensure integrated planning and delivery.
This is a hands-on role where you will bring campaigns and events to life — owning delivery, keeping things moving, and ensuring everything lands on time, on brand and to a consistently high standard. Working closely with our Brand, Acquisition and Nurture teams, you will coordinate account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that strengthen engagement with later life lending advisers. You will also manage the operational planning and logistics for a year-round programme of digital and in-person events, partnering with specialists across design, video, learning and social.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns and assets
- Managing timelines, trackers and multiple workstreams with confidence
- Planning and delivering digital and in-person events, including logistics, suppliers and attendee journeys
- Working cross-functionally to ensure integrated, joined-up marketing activity
- Analysing campaign and event performance and sharing insights to improve future delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and/or events
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working across the full B2B funnel and within an ABM approach
- High attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a 'make it happen' attitude
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or similar) and Microsoft Office
