We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong software and product delivery background to help drive the development of retail and eCommerce platform capabilities across areas such as Inventory, Order Management, Loyalty, Promotions, and Customer Services.

The ideal candidate will come from a product-led software or retail technology environment and will have experience working closely with engineering teams to define features, gather requirements, prioritise roadmaps, and deliver scalable customer and operational solutions.

Key experience required:

  • Strong Product Management experience within software, SaaS, or retail technology environments
  • Experience working across retail/eCommerce platform capabilities such as:
    • Inventory Management
    • Order Management
    • Loyalty & Promotions
    • eCommerce Services
  • Hands-on experience working directly with development teams, defining requirements, user stories, workflows, and feature specifications
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile delivery environments
  • Experience balancing business, operational, and technical priorities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, operations, and stakeholder teams

Preferred backgrounds include:

  • SaaS product companies focused on retail operations, loyalty, or customer engagement platforms

This is a product-focused role rather than programme/project management focused, so candidates should demonstrate strong ownership of product capability, feature definition, and delivery within engineering-led environments.
