We are seeking a Programme Manager with a strong technical software background to lead and coordinate large-scale initiatives across our Loyalty & Promotions domain. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering loyalty and promotions programmes within retail, eCommerce, or SaaS environments and be comfortable working closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams in product-led organisations.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Programme Management experience within software, SaaS, retail, or eCommerce technology environments.
  • Previous technical background in software engineering, systems delivery, or technical project/programme leadership.
  • Proven experience delivering Loyalty & Promotions platforms and related customer engagement capabilities.
  • Experience working across retail technology domains such as:
    • Loyalty & Promotions
    • Customer Engagement
    • eCommerce Services
  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programmes involving software engineering and product teams.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies, software development lifecycles, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies.
  • Ability to work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Experience managing programme governance, delivery planning, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

This role is focused on programme leadership and technical delivery coordination.
