We’re hiring at Enactor, a leading provider of next-generation retail and omnichannel POS software, as we continue to scale following strong enterprise growth across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Director (UK/ Europe) to take ownership of our go-to-market strategy, driving growth across enterprise retail clients.

You must come from a SaaS/ Enterprise Sales background with retail experience.

The Role:

  • Own and execute the GTM strategy across the UK & European markets
  • Drive revenue growth across SaaS, digital and EPOS solutions
  • Manage and run the Sales operations for POS/ retail systems
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align market positioning
  • Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, and senior stakeholders within enterprise retail
  • Identify new market opportunities and scale pipeline generation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Director/ Head Of / commercial leadership role within SaaS or retail technology
  • Strong track record of selling into enterprise clients
  • Experience working across multiple European markets
  • Ability to operate in a high-growth, scaling environment
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
