We are looking for a Programme Manager with a strong technical software background to lead and coordinate large-scale retail and eCommerce technology initiatives across areas such as Inventory, Order Management, Loyalty, Promotions, and Customer Services.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within software engineering or product-led technology environments and will be comfortable operating closely with development, architecture, and product teams. They should have a strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and experience managing complex programmes across multiple technical work streams.

Key experience required:

  • Strong Programme Management experience within software, SaaS, retail, or eCommerce technology environments
  • Previous technical background in software engineering, development, systems delivery, or technical project/programme leadership

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programmes involving multiple engineering and product teams
