We are seeking a Programme Manager with a strong technical software background to lead and coordinate large‑scale initiatives across our Loyalty & Promotions domain.
Successful candidates will have proven experience delivering loyalty and promotions programmes within retail, e Commerce, or Saa S environments and be comfortable working closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams in a product‑led organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large‑scale initiatives across Loyalty & Promotions.
- Provide programme leadership and technical delivery coordination.
- Manage cross‑functional programmes involving software engineering and product teams.

- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, software development lifecycles, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies.
- Ability to work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
