Role Description
I have numerous roles available due to the ongoing success of the department and our continued growth in the market. I’m looking for Assistants, Junior Conveyancers, Conveyancers, Lender Only Conveyancers, Associate Conveyancers and Senior Associate Conveyancers. All roles will be responsible for legal consulting, legal document preparation, communication regarding legal issues and ensuring that clients are kept informed and up-to-date throughout the entire conveyancing process. These are hybrid roles with 3 days in our newly refurbished office in Leeds and 2 working remotely.
Requirements
- Experience running a caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions
- Experience of freehold title checking
- Ability to provide expert legal advice
- Experience in legal document preparation
- Ability to provide clear and concise explanations of legal issues
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Client-focused approach
- Experience in residential conveyancing, proficiency with specialized conveyancing software, and adaptability to changing working environments would also be beneficial.
