We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to support an in-flight transformation programme to build and migrate to a new Dynamics 365 CRM Solution. This involves moving off the current on-premise solution that will soon reach the end of its extended support period.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
- Work with business analysts and end users to gather and refine requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations with other systems and services via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and support of Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Write technical documentation and maintain development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.
Skills required:
- Must have: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Custom Web APIs.
- Experience customising CRM entities, plugins, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
