A leading global organisation is undertaking a complex Workday deployment across multiple international business units. This is a high-profile programme requiring a seasoned Workday Programme Manager to lead delivery from mobilisation through to implementation, with a strong focus on global standardisation and stakeholder alignment.
The programme spans several regions including the UK, Europe, North America, LATAM, and APAC. Early discovery and design phases are underway, with roll-outs scheduled through to 2026. This role offers the opportunity to lead on one of the most significant Workday transformation programmes currently in motion.
Workday Programme Manager Responsibilities:- Lead global planning, mobilisation, and delivery of the Workday implementation
- Manage key programme phases including business case development, design workshops, and deployment
- Engage stakeholders across multiple business units, geographies, and time zones
- Oversee compliance, localisation, and delivery strategy, especially in the United States
- Ensure programme alignment across a federated operating model while managing scope and customisation pressures
- Contribute to the resourcing model and ongoing programme governance
- Proven experience delivering complex, global Workday implementations - this is essential
- Strong knowledge of HCM, HRIS, and transformation programmes in federated organisations
- Direct experience with US-specific employment legislation and state-by-state compliance
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills at C-level
- Confident in challenging requests that impact standardisation or scope
- Experience working across multi-region teams in large-scale enterprise environments
