Job brief
We are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer to produce scalable and robust software solutions for our clients. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. We’re big proponents of the T-Shape engineer profile, recognising the value of people covering a broader spectrum of skills, which works well in the dynamic world of consulting and provides our employees with career experience hard to match anywhere else.
As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Responsibilities
- Collaborate - Work with stakeholders and product managers to ideate software solutions

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Lead Backend Engineer or similar role
- Experience developing modern tech stacks (TypeScript, Node, AWS)
- Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. React, Vue, Flutter)
- Knowledge of back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python, Node, Go, C#)
- Familiarity with data design, handling, and security
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- An analytical mind
