The predicted salary is between 55000 - 60000 £ per year.

The opportunity to accelerate product development across two products for a client that builds digital products for public‑sector construction procurement.

Both products are in scope: a marketplace/matching platform, and an end‑to‑end contract management platform.

The engagement involves resetting the operating model and lifting pace: weekly releases by default, discovery ahead of delivery, rapid AI‑assisted prototyping, and turning a deep construction dataset into insight‑led product features.

Delivery runs as two autonomous product squads on a shared spine and they need a strong product leader to bridge the two.

The role

  • Single owner of product across both squads, holding day‑to‑day decision authority on prioritisation and execution within the client’s strategy and guardrails.
  • Run discovery properly: frame the problem, test hypotheses, bring evidence, and keep discovery ahead of delivery. Validate with customers before building.
  • Make the trade‑offs and hold the line – if everything is a priority, nothing is.
  • Must‑have profile
  • Senior product leadership (Head of Product / Principal PM) on B2B Saa S or platform products.
  • Genuinely modern, AI‑enabled practice: comfortable in a fast, agentic, AI‑assisted delivery environment and using AI tooling for rapid prototyping.
  • Strong, evidence‑led discovery and prioritisation; a decisive single‑owner operator, not a committee.
  • Track record of high‑cadence delivery (roughly weekly releases, small batches, ownership of outcomes).
  • Data‑literate: turns product and business questions into insight and into product features, not just dashboards.
  • Confident embedded client‑side as a standalone owner, and coaching an internal successor.
  • Nice to have
  • Marketplace / two‑sided platform, and/or contract‑management or workflow products.

How to prepare for a job interview at Enablis

Understand the Product Life Cycle

As a product management candidate, we need to get our head around the complete product life cycle. Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.

Showcase Your Cross-Functional Skills

Product management is all about collaboration. We should be ready to highlight how we’ve worked across teams—think marketing, engineering, and design. Prepare to discuss scenarios where you had to mediate differing opinions and how you got everyone on board with a shared vision.

Prepare for Case Studies

Practise solving hypothetical product problems on the spot, such as prioritising features for a new app or improving user engagement metrics. This will show our analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

Know Your Metrics
