Whilst the primary focus of the Delivery Lead’s role is always the client and the project, they play an important additional role acting as a bridge back to our central teams and processes.
This involves contributing to the governance which provides oversight and helps us manage our customer base in the best possible way, whilst also being able to engage with the tools and communities of practice which allow us to share skills and experiences that enable the maximum value add for our customers.
