We’re a technology consultancy where people talk like humans. We help organisations make technology work – faster, smarter, and with less stress. Enablis began with a simple belief; consultancy doesn’t need to be complicated. In fact, it shouldn’t be. From the start, we’ve set out to cut through the noise. No jargon. No over‑engineered processes. Just clear, focused work that drives meaningful results. We’re here to embed excellence. That means building long‑term capability, not just delivering short‑term fixes. Whether we’re augmenting a team with niche expertise, guiding strategy on a complex transformation, or leading delivery from the front – our role is to empower, not to take over.
The Head of Consulting for our London office combines building and leading an elite client‑facing technology consulting practice with being a founding member of our UK leadership team. This role is responsible for establishing Enablis’ presence in the London market, driving growth and creating a thriving workplace culture from the ground up. The Head of Consulting will be an expert in a core technology discipline - engineering, delivery, architecture, or business analysis - which they use as credibility and a foundation for client relationships. As the most senior person for London operations, they take accountability for all aspects of the business: delivery quality, client acquisition and development, team building and satisfaction and commercial performance. The Head of Consulting is encouraged and supported to take an entrepreneurial and proactive approach to building the business.
The Head of Consulting works closely with the executive leadership team to adapt and execute company strategies for the UK market - from creating a great workplace and people experience through to identifying and winning commercial opportunities. Innovation, creativity and bravery are encouraged and essential for establishing our foothold in a competitive market.

- Create clear career pathways and development frameworks appropriate for a scaling office, including role definitions and growth opportunities.
- Build a vibrant London‑based community and workplace culture that reflects Enablis values while respecting local market dynamics.

- Manage legal agreements, MSAs, and contract renewals to sustain and grow the workforce in line with business forecasts.
- Develop operating rhythms, processes, and systems for the London office that balance autonomy with integration into the broader company.
- Contribute to company‑wide strategic planning while owning and executing the London growth plan.
