Enablis is an AI-native technology consultancy helping organisations accelerate digital transformation through exceptional people and cutting-edge technology. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Project Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our consultancy operations.
This is a varied role sitting at the heart of the business, supporting project delivery, contractor onboarding, compliance and operational coordination. No two days are the same, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and is confident managing multiple priorities.
Initially offered as an 8-12 week temporary assignment, there is genuine potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.
Responsibilities- Coordinate contractor onboarding and mobilisation activities
- Track project placements and maintain accurate internal records
- Monitor contract renewals and upcoming extensions
- Support compliance processes including Right to Work, DBS and background checks
- Prepare and administer Statements of Work (SOWs) and operational documentation
- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders throughout engagements
- Schedule interviews, screening calls and project meetings
- Maintain project documentation and operational trackers
- Chase outstanding documentation and resolve day-to-day contractor queries
- Provide general operational support across consultancy projects
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- A natural problem solver with a practical, common-sense approach
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Project coordination or project administration
- Operations or business support
