Proficiency in French is a must. Key Responsibilities: Networking and Headhunting: Proactively source and engage with passive candidates through effective networking and headhunting strategies and active candidates from internal databases. Comprehensive Candidate Searches: Utilize internal databases, external job boards, and other resources to conduct thorough candidate searches. Candidate Engagement: Present our clients’ projects, career opportunities, and brand effectively to potential candidates. Application Process Guidance: Persuade and support candidates throughout the application and selection process. Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong candidate fit. Profile and Report Creation: Prepare detailed candidate profiles, reports, and job descriptions. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Experience in engineering, construction, or project management. Familiarity with the European engineering and UK construction markets is a bonus.
