Role
To lead a team of enablement professionals in developing and executing strategic training and enablement programs that drive performance, productivity, and revenue growth across orgs such as Account Management, Field Sales, Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team of Enablement Managers.
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the overall enablement strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain the enablement roadmap.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource capacity.
Program & Content Management
- Oversee the design and delivery of scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Manage enablement tools (e.g., LMS, CRM‑related training) to support effective learning.
Cross‑Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
- Serve as the primary liaison between enablement and senior leadership.
- Gather field feedback to refine programs and improve relevance.
Performance Measurement & Operational Excellence
- Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and team performance.
- Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Report on enablement impact, ROI, and capacity planning to senior leadership.
- Achieve OKRs agreed with leadership.

What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years experience in sales enablement, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing enablement professionals
- Experience developing and executing enablement strategies for multiple sales functions (Field Sales, Account Management, Customer Success) in global SaaS companies
- Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable business results
- Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning and enablement programs and their impact on business critical metrics such as revenue growth, quota attainment, and retention rates
- Experience in working with data to extract useful, actionable insights and building data-driven enablement strategies
- Demonstrated success in managing, coaching, and developing enablement professionals
