Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.
Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.
At Snyk, we believe AI is not just a technology shift — it’s a mindset shift. To fully realize its impact, we need to fundamentally evolve how our people learn, work, and grow.
As the AI & Talent Enablement Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure software at scale by ensuring every Snyker has the skills and confidence to leverage AI. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team to design and scale the frameworks that build AI fluency across the organization, embedding innovation into our very DNA. This isn't a traditional learning role; you are building the enterprise-wide strategy for AI upskilling to drive systemic capability in the AI era.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and scale a global AI upskilling strategy that embeds learning into onboarding, performance, and career growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, IT, and Security to integrate AI enablement directly into daily workflows and systems.
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into actionable playbooks and learning pathways.
- Drive change management and culture transformation by championing experimentation and AI-first thinking across all functions.
- Define success metrics to measure AI adoption and proficiency, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure responsible AI usage by embedding governance and ethics into all enablement programs and adoption frameworks.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in talent development, enablement, or organizational transformation within global environments.
- Strong AI fluency with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable learning experiences.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale capability-building initiatives and driving clarity in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
- Expert stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Sales.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities to drive engagement and behavioral change.
It’d Be Awesome If You Also...
- Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern enablement tools in a high-growth tech environment.
- Experience building skills frameworks or capability models from the ground up.
- Love solving complex problems and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo to drive innovation.
- Have a sense of humor — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!
We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech. If you like the sound of this role but are not totally sure whether you’re the right person, do apply anyway!
