The Role
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of HR services to our clients, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and excellent client experience. This is a varied, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple businesses, building relationships, and being part of a growing consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line HR administrative support to multiple client accounts
- Draft employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding processes, including right‑to‑work checks and new starter packs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (e.g. BrightHR, Employment Hero)
- Assist with absence tracking, holiday management, and HR reporting
- Support with policy updates and implementation
Operational Support
- Manage shared HR inboxes and respond to client queries in a timely manner
- Schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR reviews
- Support consultants with project work (e.g. restructures, onboarding improvements, appraisals)
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations
Client Experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a reliable point of contact
- Ensure a high standard of communication and professionalism at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve processes or add value to client accounts
About You
- Previous experience in an HR administration or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Experience supporting multiple businesses or within a consultancy environment
- Exposure to sectors such as construction, healthcare, or SMEs
